Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Digital Items are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Digital Items have no monetary value, may not be resold, transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash, and remain the intellectual property of ExcitingModels or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Digital Items for personal purposes only.

If your Account is suspended or terminated, all associated Digital Items may be permanently removed and cannot be recovered or refunded.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” ExcitingModels does not guarantee any specific outcome, performance level, or suitability of AI-generated content. All use of Digital Items is at your own risk and discretion.

6. Content You Provide

By submitting Your Content to the Platform, you grant ExcitingModels a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to use, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from that content for purposes related to operating, improving, promoting, and maintaining the Platform.

You retain ownership of Your Content. This license does not transfer ownership but permits ExcitingModels to lawfully operate the Platform and related services.

7. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

You confirm that you have the authority to use the Platform and comply with these Terms. Access from jurisdictions subject to sanctions, restrictions, or prohibitions may be blocked or refused.

8. Accounts

11. Purchases and Payments

Purchases require valid payment information. Prices are displayed in the currency specified on the Website and may include applicable taxes or fees.

Payments are processed through third-party providers. ExcitingModels is not responsible for payment processor errors, delays, or additional fees imposed by your bank or provider.

Orders may be refused or canceled at our discretion. Delivery of Digital Items may occur electronically and may take up to 14 days.

12. Account Funding

Some Services require adding funds to your Account. Top-ups are processed through external payment providers and are final. ExcitingModels does not offer refunds for incorrect or accidental top-ups.

13. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are granted only in limited circumstances, such as technical failures, billing errors, or verified unauthorized transactions. Digital content accessed or downloaded after consent to waive withdrawal rights is non-refundable.

Where applicable law provides a withdrawal right, you may exercise it by contacting support@3dbucket.store within the statutory period. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

14. Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under the laws of the user’s country of residence.

Consumers residing in the European Union may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or other applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms where available.

19. General Provisions

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ExcitingModels. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

These Terms remain effective until terminated. Certain provisions, including intellectual property, liability limitations, and indemnification, survive termination.

In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version prevails.
